One of the perks of living here is being relatively close to the world-famous coffee roaster, Tim Wendelboe (read about him HERE). Anytime we make it to Oslo, we try to stop by Tim’s shop for a pour over or an espresso, and a couple of bags of beans to take with.

One of the perks of living in Norway, Sweden, or Denmark is that you can sign up for Tim’s coffee subscription program. Monthly shipments of their freshest beans, sent directly to your door.

Part of Zack’s 40th birthday gift was a 3-month membership to the subscription program. March is our first month in the program.

Roasted and shipped yesterday, two bags of beans arrived in our post box today. Yeah, that’s pretty fresh! And what a lovely way to try some new coffee each month from one of our favorites.
